Welcome to The NextGen Ministry Summit

The NextGen Ministry Summit is a new one-day offering of The Revive Movement and the Mid Texas Conference of the Global Methodist Church.

OUR GOAL IS TWO-FOLD: 

    1. Assist students who are exploring a call to full-time vocational ministry and,
    2. To help resource persons who work with children, youth and emerging adults.

We desire to make disciples, preach the Gospel, and provide tools to help those serving the next generation of clergy and lay leaders in the traditional Wesleyan/Methodist heritage.

NextGen Ministry Summit Schedule: All youth ages 12 to 18 and adults who work with students and children invited!

Where: George W. Truett Seminary, Waco TX

Cost: $25

  • 9:30 AM: Check-in, coffee & donuts
  • 10:00 AM: Opening worship
  • 11:00 AM: Breakout Session 1 (Teaching Focused)
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch & conversation table
  • 1:00 PM: Breakout Session 2 (Application/Group discussion/Q&A/Sharing/Accountability)
  • 2:00 PM: Closing worship (Communion)
  • 3:00 PM Dismissal
  • Breakouts:
  • Call to Ministry
  • Young Adult Ministry
  • Student Ministry
  • Kids Ministry

**Parking Info**

Please park in the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center Parking lot and walk across the street to Truett Seminary. Meet in the Great Hall next to the Paul Powell Chapel.
